Hello, Lady, All this retired old man can do is, just to sit here in L.A. to drag back all my old memories of the time when I was living in HK during 1950 to 1971 before I left for the U.S. A lot of foods like the Kam Wah Chinese Ham were banned by our FDA (Food & Drug Administration). I returned to HK to visit my family in 2006 but was disappointed by the young chefs of today, they just put a lot of chemicals to make the soup taste good. I respect Mr. Choi Lan a lot, he represents our time of old fashioned people for chosing our foods. HK looks like a new city to me now, not the place where I was born & to fight for my School Cert.
